WHAT: 75 min. of sauna with 3 rounds of SaunaGus with Sauna Masters, Cold plunge, and outdoor shower.
From 02.03.2025: Free electrolyte drink – just bring your own water bottle or buy a Just Sauna BPA-free 1L Nalgene water bottle.

Heat Level varies from sauna master, group energy and intention of the day’s session.

NEED TO KNOW: Arrive 15 minutes before start to land, show your ticket and get changed. We start on time – If you arrive late, please then stay outside until the next round.

Please note: It is required to bring 1 big towel to use inside the sauna (must cover your back and sitting area) to participate in the event. If you forget you can rent one on site.
