• Basic sauna use rules
• Creating a good sauna session
• Introduction to aromatherapy and its effects
• Fan and swing techniques
• Lots of practical exercises in the sauna, including conducting a mini session
• Course certificate

Catering includes:

• Morning buffet with a selection of homemade bread, cold cuts, cheese, juices, and green snacks.
• Lunch buffet based on the season’s best and freshest ingredients.
• Afternoon buffet with healthy and sweet treats.
• Sustainable and organic coffee, tea, dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruits, and water available all day.

Instructor:

• Thomas Frank, silver medalist in classic sauna session 2019 and bronze in 2022.
• Has trained over 500 sauna masters in swimming halls, winter swimming clubs, and spas.

Requirements: The course is beginner-level, open to anyone interested. You just need to love sauna sessions and want to become a sauna master. 🙂

What to bring: Besides a good mood and eagerness to learn, just bring a notebook, towels, swimwear, and a water bottle. We’ll provide everything else, including full catering.

Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge until one month before the course starts. After this date, a 50% course fee applies. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the start, the full course fee is charged.

In case of cancellation by Gusmester.dk, the course fee will be refunded within 8 working days.
